Refund policy

At Solar Liquidators, we want you to understand your purchase before ordering. Because many products are liquidation, surplus, used, refurbished, or sold in bulk, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or is different from what was ordered.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product and packaging
  • A description of the issue

Do not discard packaging or install the product before contacting us.

Approved Returns

Returns must be approved before being shipped. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Approved items must be returned unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping and restocking fees unless the order was damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

After an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping and freight charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by Solar Liquidators.
